Ann McLane Kuster
is running for Congress in New Hampshire’s second district to fill open seat of Rep. Paul Hodes (D) who is running for Senate.
Background:
Kuster is currently a partner in the Concord law firm of Rath, Young, and Pignatelli where she focuses on education, non-profit and healthcare policy. McLane served on the statewide steering committees of both Obama and Kerry campaigns, as well as the Co-Chair of New Hampshire Women for Obama. In 2000 McLane received the Eleanor Roosevelt Award for dedicated service to the Democratic Party at the local, state, and national level.
Longtime community activist -- received the Athena Award for professional excellence, community service and assistance to women. She has served on many non-profit boards across New Hampshire including:
